Fractures are the most common large organ trauma in humans. The initial inflammatory response promotes bone healing during post-fracture phase, but chronic and persistent inflammation due to infection or other factors does not contribute process. precise mechanisms by which immune cells their cytokines regulated remain unclear. use of mesenchymal stem (MSCs) for cellular therapy injuries is a novel clinical treatment approach. Bone progenitor MSCs only differentiate into bone, also interact with system promote We review vitro vivo studies on role marrow interactions. A deeper understanding this paradigm may provide clues potential therapeutic targets process, thereby improving reliability safety applications healing.
